for this time i want to share about Measuring The Success of Strategics Initiatives.
- Key Performance Indicator - measures that are tied to business drivers. Metrics are detailed measures that feed KPIs.
- Efficiency IT Metric - measures the performances of the IT system itself including throughput, speed, and availability.
- Effectiveness IT Metric - measures the impact IT has on business processes and activities including customers satisfaction, conversion rates and sell through increases
BENCHMARKING - a process of continuously measuring system result, comparing those result to
optimal system performance benchmark value and identifying steps and procedures to improve system
performance.
METRICS for measuring and managing strategic initiatives include :
- website metrics
- supply chain management metrics
- customers relationship management metrics
- business processes re engineering metrics
- enterprise resources planning
